PULA provides for EMS through a contracted partner EMERGENCY ASSIST 991 (EA991). EA991 has been providing these services to our members at no additional cost to the member and their beneficiaries. The service is available 24/7 and 365 days a year ensuring that members are covered in times of need. The service is not only limited to Emergency medical conditions but also includes a help line that assists with telephonic first aid and emergency services for minor to major injuries and inter-hospital transfers.
