Been with Pula since '04. Membership recently suspended for missing a payment. Rushed to make payment at the bank as no payment options available at Pula office, returned with proof of payment and requested reactivation of membership, was informed not possible and will have to wait 24hrs. Resigned and accepted nothing could be done. 5 Days later membership still suspended. Called in and numerous promises made by a certain client agent to call me back SOON! NOTHING!! My Pula experience!!

very poor customer service. had to wait for over 3 months for my medical aid card even though the premiums were paid in time

Positively the worst medical aid experience in my career. No communication, no feedback, difficult to get feedback and staff are not able to provide accurate information. Getting a refund doesn’t happen. Medical providers are not even willing to accept my Executive membership with Pula as they say the medical aid doesn’t pay them. When we claim, we do not receive feedback, nor a refund. Most disappointing experience.

worst experience ever. i have send numbers calls via client services. i came to your gaborone office and i was promised that my account was suspended due to an error done by a temporary employee. i have emailed proof of payments and i have not been assisted.

I contacted a number of officersby email but my query was not resolved. They would just read my emails and not attend to my query. Keletso Nene Sebele,Leungo Mokotedi, Emily Diwanga, Towana Chimbise just to mention a few. This is very dissapointing.
