Invitation to Tender: Medical Aid Administration Services for Pula Medical Aid Fund

1.0 Tender Notice

Pula Medical Aid Fund invites proposals from suitably qualified entities to bid for the role of Administrator of the Fund for a five (5) year period, commencing on 1 July 2021.

1.1 Tender Collection

Tender Collection/Access: As part of the ongoing national plan to minimise the possible spread of COVID-19, but without stifling business operations, tender documents shall be emailed upon receipt of proof of payment at secretary@pulamed.co.bw

1.2 Compulsory Briefing Session

A compulsory briefing session will be held between 09h00 - 12h00 (scheduled for each prospective bidder) on Friday 16th April 2021. The briefing session will be conducted virtually via MS Teams.

Any entity wishing to bid may have up to two (2) representatives for the briefing session. Bidders from a Consortium or Joint Venture - the number of representatives is still limited to two (2).

1.3 Tender Submission

1.3.1 Deadline for tender submissions is 30th April 2021 at 10:00am.
