This serves as confirmation that Mellben Research has been engaged to conduct Customer Satisfaction Survey (dip stick) for Pula Medical Aid Fund.
 
No confidential information and details regarding members identity or accounts will be asked.
 
Members are encouraged to help Mellben with the survey in order for the fund to measure the level of satisfaction for the purpose of continuous improvement.
 
The survey will run for 2 weeks starting on 12 April 2021.
